This includes 44mm Half Hour and 54mm 1 Hour Fire Rated Solid Core Doors, MDF, Chipboard and Plywood panelling, varying from thicknesses of 1.5mm to 40+ and in quantities of 1 to 1000 or more, veneered in an almost unlimited variety of wood veneer finishes including inlays of almost any description.

We have a very versatile SCM Olympic 2000 edge banding machine which enables us to apply solid timber lippings of various thicknesses prior to veneering and also to apply an edge veneer after veneering, particularly useful when using veneers that a matching timber is difficult or expensive to obtain.

As every job is produced specifically to customers exact requirements all panels and doors can be individually Bookmatched or Slipmatched. Panels can also be matched in with other adjoining items creating a uniformed appearance to whole areas.

We are also well equipped to do a wide variety of other woodworking requirements including, cutting of apertures, rebating, grooving edges/faces, supplying Beading and many others.

We have a very large pressing capacity of 3660 x 1525 which enables us to veneer oversize panelling as well as more standard size panelling in our 2500 x 1250 four daylight platen press.
